If every fiber of your being is not completely satisfied with a purchase you made from JaceyPeterson.com, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. As soon as it arrives back to us, a full refund for the entire purchase price less shipping will be issued.

How to Return Undamaged Merchandise: It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3
Step 1 – Within thirty (30) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 – Upon approval a prepaid return shipping label will be issued. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted for your refund amount.
Step 3 – Repackage the merchandise using the original packaging materials and affix the prepaid return shipping label. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the merchandise back safely.
Once the merchandise safely arrives back, the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment (minus shipping charges) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.
What to Do If Your Merchandise Arrives Damaged

Step 2 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date email email@example.com with your order information. Please include a photo of the damaged merchandise and packaging.
Step 3 – Save original packaging!
Step 4 – A support representative will contact you to arrange replacement of the damaged merchandise and review options to return damaged merchandise.
